Thousands of housing options are being showcased at the 2nd National Housing Expo 2026, where more than 80 private property developers are presenting 50,000 housing units to prospective Filipino homebuyers.
Organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund, the two-day event opened on Monday, October 19, at the SMX Convention Center Manila in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
The expo is part of the government's National Shelter Month 2026 celebration and is the largest edition of the government-led housing event to date, according to DHSUD.
Housing Options and Financing Opportunities
The event aims to connect Filipino families with housing developers and provide information about homeownership opportunities under the Marcos administration's Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
Visitors can explore housing projects and inquire about available financing options, including those offered through the government-backed housing initiative.
The Expanded 4PH Program is intended to broaden access to affordable housing for eligible Filipino families.
Free Admission for Homebuyers
The expo is open to the public free of charge on October 19 and 20.
It is being held at Halls 2–4 on the ground floor of the SMX Convention Center Manila, within the MOA Complex in Pasay City.
Interested homebuyers are encouraged to visit the event, compare available housing options and speak directly with participating developers about project details and financing requirements.
